• Serving as the Town Board's finance liaison, with regular oversight of budgets, audits, and financial reporting

• Successfully filing our Annual Financial Report and leading the transition to a new accounting firm

• Pursuing grants aggressively — securing funding for parks, waterfront planning, and historic preservation
